Drawing from the practices of yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork, and neuro-biomechanics, this course offers a holistic toolkit to reduce stress, sharpen focus, and build inner resilience — no previous experience required.
Each week, you’ll explore powerful techniques you can easily integrate into daily life. We’ll dive into both the science and the spiritual understanding behind these practices and then explore the practical application of each so you can feel it in your body.

A deeper understanding of your nervous system and how to support it, with an introduction into how this connects both spiritually and scientifically
Daily practices to regulate stress and enhance energy

6 live 1-hour online sessions (recordings available for 1 month)

Through yoga, pranayama, conconsious connected breathwork and meditation, we’ll guide you on a journey inward—whether you're new to these practices or a seasoned practitioner.
