Through different modalities, including conscious connected breathwork, somatics, embodied yoga, and qi gong, I help people connect with a deeper understanding of self. Since each body and nervous system is unique, I use a blend of modalities tailored to individual needs—whether in one-on-one or group sessions.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful practice that involves breathing in a continuous, seamless rhythm, without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This transformative technique helps release emotional and physical tension, stimulate healing, strengthen your nervous system and foster deep relaxation and heightened awareness. By engaging in CCB. you are embarking on a journey of self-exploration and transformation.

CCB has been a powerful practice for me in deepening my understanding of my own body and helping nurture and strengthen my nervous system. Having struggled with an autonomic dysfunction which has caused seizures in the past, I am aware of the challenges this brings in feeling safe and connected to your body. Each body is unique and responds to practices differently, therefore I always encourage a safe container for exploration depending on what is arising.

The session may incorporate the use of bodywork and essential oils, however this is optional and can be discussed at the beginning of the session

With an embodied and somatic approach that weaves in lessons from yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork, and bio-neuromechanics, I invite people to come into the present, connecting with their bodies and encouraging individuals to listen and explore, moving in a way that feels right for them. I am interested in the connections we can find among ourselves, each other, and nature, and how this influences our way of being.

My work is greatly inspired by my teachers, including Paula Andreewitch, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Will Wheeler, Sunita Devi, Celeste Pereira, and Raphen Kebe.

  • We can work together in a way that suits you best—whether in a group, one-on-one, or in a corporate setting. It is recommended that we work together over a series of 6-8 sessions to get the most benefit from the work, however I am also available for one off sessions.   • Victorias sessions are open for anyone, with an opportunity to explore different breathwork and embodiment tools and techniques. However, if you are looking to do specifically Consious connected breathwork, please be mindful there are certain contraindications. If you experience any of the below please get in contact with Victoria to discuss further:

    Cardiovascular issues (high blood pressure, heart disease, history of heart attacks)

    Respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD, severe lung disease)

    Seizures

    Recent surgeries / injurys

    Glaucoma or retinal detachment

    Pregnancy

  • Victoria herself struggles with seizures due to POTs (an autonomic dysfunction) and so is aware of the complications and difficulties this can bring. For that exact reason she would love to work together to find ways for you to better understand and connect to your body

  • Everyone is unique, so the ideal approach varies from person to person. However, to truly benefit from the work, a series of 6-8 sessions is recommend.

    That said, if you're looking for a one-off session, single consultations are also offered —feel free to reach out for a call!
