How we can work together

Employee mindfulness programme

A 6 week programme for mindfulness in the workplace, helping to reduce stress, boost the employee experience, build team moral and create a stronger working culture. The course is designed to equip employees in the tools and techniques needed to regulate your nervous system through mediation, yoga, breathwork, Qi gong and neuro-biomechanics.

The course is designed to be virtual with the option for in person sessions - to be agreed on request.

Leadership & manager personal development

Personal development 1:1s are available to support leaders, and emerging leaders in both their personal and professional growth. Victoria’s coaching approach combines mind-body techniques to help manage stress and enhance clarity, confidence and connection. Through these programmes you can help cultivate a more positive working environment by having leaders demonstrate from the top

Conscious connected breathwork workshops

Dedicated consious connected breathwork workshops, designed to help employees feel a sense of calm, emotional release, and heightened clarity, which can enhance creativity, communication, and overall well-being. Sessions typically include a blend of breathing techniques, calming music, and time for reflection, offering employees a reset that helps them return to work feeling recharged, focused, and more connected to themselves and their teams.
