About me
Driven by my own personal health challenges—including seizures, amenorrhea, and celiac disease—I embarked on a journey to reconnect with my body through a holistic approach. Over the years, my exploration of embodiment practices has deepened my appreciation for the body's innate wisdom and the profound beauty of connecting with both ourselves and the world around us.
In my work, I am particularly inspired by the intersection of ancient teachings, spiritual understanding, and modern science. This fusion informs my approach to supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies and reclaiming their sense of purpose, especially in the face of challenges related to health, work, or social dynamics.
With a corporate background in people and culture consultancy, I’ve also supported organisations in building positive, growth-driven cultures. I'm passionate about making a difference both personally and professionally, boosting morale, productivity, and connection within teams.
I aim to create spaces where people can connect with themselves and others, fostering a sense of curiosity and personal growth, and ultimately cultivating a greater sense of balance and vitality.

What others have said….
Victoria brought a serene energy to our office through her yoga sessions. Her expert guidance and calming presence made every class a refreshing break from work, enhancing our well-being and productivity. Highly recommend her!
Corporate client
Victoria’s class made me connect with my body and my breath in a new way. Her sequence was creative and lent itself to an explorative personal practice. At all times during the class I felt that she was observing and responding to my needs and the needs of others in the room - I felt safe and supported. I will definitely be returning and would recommend her classes to anyone of any level!
