Welcome! I’m Victoria and I support people in cultivating a deeper understanding and connection to their bodies, using holistic therapies like yoga, qi gong, mindfulness and breathwork. Drawing inspiration from my own journey with health challenges, including an autonomic dysfunction, I specialise in nervous system regulation and embodiment. My approach aims to deepen our understanding of our bodies and foster a sense of home within ourselves, ultimately empowering individuals to navigate life with greater awareness, presence, and strength.

About Victoria…
Having struggled from my own nervous system dysfunction and no doctor being able to identify why and what was happening, it led me on a journey to reconnect with my body through a holistic approach. I discovered the power of embodiment, through the rich practices of yoga, qi gong and breathwork. As I continue my journey I am inspired by the ancient wisdom of these practices combined with the incredible findings in modern science.
With a background in people and culture consultancy, I’ve helped both individuals and organisations foster connection, resilience, and growth.
My passion is creating spaces where people can rediscover balance, connection and a deep sense of home within themselves.
Qualifications:
200-hour Consious Connected Breathwork (CCB) training with Mike O’Meara
200-hour vinyasa teacher with Will Wheeler, Anais Alvarado, Sunita Devi, Eryck Brahmania and Celest Pereira.
50 hr CPD training programme with Paula Andreewitch, focusing on somatic movement & embodied philosophy
