Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful practice that involves breathing in a continuous, seamless rhythm, without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This transformative technique helps release emotional and physical tension, stimulate healing, strengthens you nervous system and fosters deep relaxation and heightened awareness. By engaging in conscious breath, you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit, embarking on a journey of self-exploration and transformation.

CCB has been a powerful practice for me in deepening my understanding of my own body and helping nurture and strengthen my nervous system. Having struggled with an autonomic disfunction which has caused seizures in the past, I am aware of the challenges this brings in feeling safe and connected to your body. Each body is unique and responds to practices differently therefore I always encourage a safe container for exploration depending on what is arising in the body.

Embodied movement Yoga & Qi gong

With an embodied and somatic approach, that weaves in learnings from yoga, Qi gong, breathwork and bio-neuromechanics, I invite people to come into the present and feel connected to their bodies, encouraging individuals to listen in and explore, moving in a way that feels right for them. I am interested in the connection we can find between ourselves, one another and nature, and how this influences our way of being.

My work is hugely inspired by my teachers, including Paula Andreewitch, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Will Wheeler, Sunita Devi, Celeste Pereira and Raphen Kebe.
